The Week view shows a collapsed view of the scheduled jobs listed by days, technicians, and the number of hours each technician is scheduled per day.
Access Week View
1. Go to Jobs → Calendar.
2. Click WEEK at the top right-hand side of the screen to access the week view.
Week View Elements
- View Job Details—To view job details, Click the arrow beside each technician's name or the hours scheduled each day.
See Job Details - Hover over the job to see more job details.
Change Week - Click the forward or back arrows on the right side of the days.
Return to This Week - Click Jump to this week to the right-hand side of the refresh symbol.
View that Day - Click the day to return to the day view, and click WEEK to return.
Switch to Fortnight View - Click Switch to Fortnight to display 2 weeks of schedule.
The processes in the fortnight view are the same as in the week view.
Click the 'Switch to week' button to return to the week view.
Refresh Page - Click the refresh symbol found beside the move week arrows.
Reschedule Job - You can reschedule a job to a different time, day and tech within the week or fortnight view. Click, hold, and drag the job to a different day, then select whether you want to reschedule This job (will not change recurrence pattern) or This job and the following jobs (change recurrence pattern) and click confirm.
If you wish to change the time, but the technician and date remain the same, confirm whether you want to rearrange/change the time for the following jobs for the day.
View Unscheduled Jobs - click the View Unscheduled button at the top right portion of the screen.
The unscheduled jobs list is viewable on all calendars on any given day.
This will show a list of unscheduled jobs on the left-hand side of the calendar.
You can search for an unscheduled job by clicking the search jobs bar.
You can schedule the job to a tech and day, click, hold and drag the job or click on the job to open and schedule.
You can change a job from scheduled to unscheduled, click, hold, and drag the job from the calendar to unscheduled.
Click Hide unscheduled jobs to close.
Filter
. Filter allows you to change the way jobs are filtered or displayed on week view. Click Filter to the top right of the calendar, in week view, you can filter by:
Techs
Tags
Colours
Filter by Status - Click the drop-down box arrow to select job statuses. They can be filtered by:
All jobs
Open jobs
Complete jobs
Job sheet sent
Invoice sent
Change Job Displayed Options - Click boxes on the left-hand side of each option to deselect; all options are displayed by default.
Job type
Suburb
Customer
Street
