In SETUP > Custom fields > Brands, you can see the list of available brands. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required.
Custom exceptions enable you to add a flag to a pool which can be linked to custom water chemistry.
In SETUP > Custom fields > Custom exceptions, you can see the list of available excceptions. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required.
IMPORTANT: Remember to add the required exceptions when complete.
In SETUP > Custom fields > Contact categories, you can see the list of available contact categories. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required.
A contact category can be assigned to a contact as required.
In SETUP > Custom fields > Contact relationships, you can see the list of available relationships. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required.
Contact relationships can be assigned to a contact as required.
In SETUP > Custom fields > Recurrence periods, you can see the list of available reltionships. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required, by adding a name, description, start month and end month.
Recurrence periods can be assigned to a job to enable different service frequency in specific seasons.
In SETUP > Custom fields > Surfaces, you can see the list of available Surface Types. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required.
IMPORTANT: Remember to add the required exceptions for your surface type when complete (See here).
In SETUP > Custom fields > Sanitisers, you can see the list of available Sanitisers. On this screen, you can add / edit / delete as required.
NOTE: Ensure you assign the correct classification to any new sanitisers.
