Jobs - Recurrence List
The 'Recurrence list' allows you to search, manage, view details and edit any recurring jobs already created. To access the 'Recurrence list', click the 'Jobs' on the left-hand dashboard, then click the 'Recurrence List'.
Search for recurring jobs
Click the 'Search jobs' field and enter the contact or pool details to auto-search.
Filter by Status
Click the 'Filter' drop-down box next to search jobs.
Select which status you wish to filter by:
Current
Recently ended
Ending soon
Filter by Date
- Click the 'From date' and enter the date you wish to start the search from, you can manually enter the date or select from the calendar.
You can also search by the following by selecting them:
This Week
Last Week
Last 7 Days
Current Month
Previous Month
Next Month
Click the 'Reset' on the right-hand side of the date to reset the date filters.
Columns
You can use the 'Columns' tab to adjust the columns shown on the page. You can also sort and pin columns by hovering over a specific column heading and clicking the three dots.
Click the 'Columns' tab at the top left of the jobs list.
Select what you do and don’t want to be displayed in the columns via the toggle switch to the left-hand side of each choice or click the 'Hide all' or the 'Show all';

Filters
You can also add filters to the displayed job information. Click 'Filters' to the right of
Columns'.
Select 'Columns' filters;

Then select 'Operator';

You can also add filters by selecting + 'Add filter' or remove the filters by clicking 'Remove all'.
End Recurrence
Click the end recurrence icon to the right of the job to end/delete the recurring job.
Select whether you want to end the recurrence from a specific date or delete the recurrence.
Edit Recurring Job
Click the edit icon to the right of the job to edit the recurring job.
Click the edit icon next to the recurrence pattern to edit or change the current pattern.
Select whether you want to change the pattern for all open jobs in the series.
Or
Change the pattern from a future date.
Actions
Click the Actions tab at the top right of the screen.
Select whether you want to change the recurrence pattern.
Or
End the recurrence.
View Job Series
This allows you to view all jobs in that series by list or calendar view and search by date range.
Click View job series at the top of the page.
Select a date from and an end date.
Click Calendar to change from list to calendar view.
Click back to return to the recurrence page.
Change the technician the Job is Assigned to
Click the Technician drop-down box and select the tech you want to reassign the job to.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Add a PO or Work Order Number to the Recurring Job
Click the PO number box and add the required text.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Enter a Tag to the Recurring Job
Tags are used to identify something unique for the job, you can select from tags already created or create new ones.
Click the enter tags box and select an existing job tag.
Or
Create a new tag by entering the required text and hitting enter on the keyboard.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Add a Permanent Job Note
Job notes are used to communicate details about the job internally and are not visible to the customer.
Click into the job notes area and add the required text.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Colour Label
Colour labels are a visual way of categorising your jobs. They are visible from all calendar views and the mobile app.
Click on the colour label area.
Select an existing colour label from the drop-down selections
Or
Click the 'Add new' to create a new colour label.
Select the desired colour of the tag.
Add text/name to the Label.
Click Save to add the label to the job.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Custom Email Message
You can create a custom email message to preview and send invoices for the recurring job.
Click the custom email message to create a custom email.
Add a subject line text.
Add the message text.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Tasks
This displays job tasks attached to the job or job template.
You can create custom job tasks for each recurring job.
Click Add Task.
Click into the text box and add the required task.
Click save in the task box to add to the job.
Continue to add tasks or click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
Add or Remove Products Permanently for the Recurring Job
You can permanently add or remove products for the recurring job.
Click add item.
Start typing to search for the existing product.
Click the trash can icon to delete the product from the job.
Click Save in the top right of the page to save changes.
SMS Notifications
You can activate SMS notifications for booking reminders, booking changes or job completion.
an If you do not have SMS notification configured, click CONFIGURE, and you will be navigated to the configuration section.
You can select which SMS notification you want to use for the job.
Change the hours before the scheduled job SMS reminder is sent if required.
Click Edit recipients to choose or change which contact linked to the pool the SMS notification is sent to.
Notes
Notes are used for internal communication purposes. When a note is added, it is created as a log. You can also add attachments.
Click Add a note to create a new note.
Add the required text to the Enter Notes area.
Click Add attachment if you would like to add an attachment.
Click Save.
Click Search notes to search for a particular note/log.
Summary
Summary displays the contact, pool and job info. You can also view or edit contact and pool info.
Click Contact to view or edit contact info.
Click Pool to view or edit Pool info.
