Job list

The job list displayed in the mobile app are the jobs assigned to the logged-in user. If you have an admin role with mobile access, you will be able to manage other assets. However, the job list will only show the jobs that are assigned to you. 






How to access and view the Jobs list in the Mobile app







1. Once you are logged in, tap on the Jobs tab. 

2. Tap on the 'Today' button so you will be taken directly to the jobs for the current date. 


3. Drag the screen down to refresh the page and ensure that all jobs are loaded. 


4. Tap on each day of the week to view the jobs for that day. Dates with blue dots indicate that there are jobs scheduled for that day. You can also swipe left/right to jump to the next or previous weeks. 







5. You can also tap on the calendar icon at the top-right corner of the screen to jump to a different month or date.

Search 


Tap on the search bar and enter the contact or pool details tap on the Search button within the keyboard area.






Add New Job 



Tapping the plus (+) icon in the top right portion of the screen will allow you to create a new job through the mobile app. You can schedule a job from here like usual. However, you would not have an option to assign it to another tech but yourself. Head over to the web version to change the assigned technician (if applicable).







Icons and Indicators 




a. Note icon - If a job has a note icon, it means that a job note has been added to it. Tap on the note icon to reveal the notes. 


b. Color indicator - This is the colour label that was set for the job. 


c. Job indicator - If blue dots are shown below a date, that means that there is a job scheduled for you on that day. Tap on the date to reveal the scheduled jobs. 




d. Recurrence icon - This indicates that the job is part of a recurrence. 


e. New icon - This means that the job is new and that the job has not been started. 


f. Job details overview - This lists the job type, contact name, and pool address. 


g. Time - This shows the scheduled start and end time. 






h. Follow-up job - Jobs with this icon means that they are created as a follow-up. Tapping the job will show the parent job. 


i. WIP icon - The job is in progress and a task has been ticked off.  


j. Clock indicator - The timer has been started for this job and is currently in progress. 


 



k. Complete icon - This means that the job has been completed but not invoiced. This also appears on jobs that have follow-ups. 


l. Invoiced icon - The job has been invoiced. The invoice can be viewed in the web version. 



Deleting or rescheduling a job in the job list view 


Rescheduling or deleting a job can be done through the job details or the job list screen. To reschedule or delete a job in the mobile app via the job list screen, drag the job to the right and select Reschedule or Delete.
