Admins with mobile access can reschedule a job through the mobile app. Technicians also can reschedule a job if the Reschedule job permission is enabled for their user access. You can read more about permissions in the User roles and permissions guide.
How to reschedule a job
1. To start, access the Jobs tab in the mobile app.
2. Swipe to the left to show the Reschedule and Delete options.
3. Tap on the Reschedule option.
4. If you intend to reschedule the job to a different date, tap on the preferred date. Swipe left or right within the week view to go to the previous or next weeks.
a. You can also drag the blue horizontal line to show the rest of the dates for the current month.
b. Use the left and right arrows to go to the next or previous months. Tap on the date for the new schedule.
5. After selecting a date, long press on your preferred start time for when the job should be moved to.
a. You can adjust the end time by tapping on the little calendar icon inside the end time field. Scroll and select the intended end time for the job.
6. Tap on the Confirm button to complete the rescheduling.
